Dave Neary has spent the last 15 years amazed that anything productive gets done in free software communities, and doing his bit as a developer, event organiser and community manager to help things along in projects as varied as GIMP, GNOME, OpenWengo, Maemo and MeeGo. He is currently providing independent consulting and training services to companies who want to improve the way they work with existing free software projects, or are looking to cultivate their own community garden.
